From its office in Jefferson City, MO, Lodgeglen Finance passes business funding requests on to independent funding partners. This page sets out what that means: who decides, where rates come from, how the examples and figures on this site work, and what the site does not arrange.
Five points about how Lodgeglen Finance and this site work.
Who reviews and decides on a request
Lodgeglen Finance makes no credit decisions and does not fund requests with its own money. A request sent by phone or by form goes to independent funding partners; each one reviews the business by its own standards and decides whether to make an offer.
Rates, terms and costs
Every rate, fee, term, payment schedule and condition in an offer is set by the funding partner that makes it. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a commitment to lend, and sending the form is not a credit application. A partner may check credit during its own review.
Examples and calculators
Worked examples on this site are labeled as illustrations and use invented figures computed for the page; they are not quotes. The calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you type in and reflect no partner’s pricing.
Where the local figures come from
Business counts and other local numbers come from U.S. Census Bureau programs, each labeled where it appears: County Business Patterns 2023 for establishments with paid employees in Cole County, MO, ZIP Code Business Patterns 2023 for ZIP 65101, Nonemployer Statistics 2024 for businesses without paid employees, and the American Community Survey 2020-2024 5-year estimates for self-employment. County figures describe Cole County, MO only, although part of Jefferson City lies in Callaway County.
What this site does not arrange
Lodgeglen Finance does not arrange funding for trucking or agricultural businesses, and it does not offer startup, SBA, real estate, factoring or consumer loans. Any funding partner may also decline a request it reviews.
